Senator Ellman encourages residents to take simple steps to care for themselves, such as:
- Connect with friends and family online,
- Keep regular work hours while at home,
- Prepare healthy meals,
- Exercise regularly, and
- Stay up to date with accurate information.
“It helps me to keep in touch with family and friends. Social distancing doesn’t have to mean isolation,” Ellman said. “Now, more than ever, it’s essential to maintain relationships, so we can feel united.”
